The grapes used to make these babies come from unique sites farmed sustainably with either Sip certified or biodynamic practices. Our Grüner Veltliner and Albariño’s home is a beautiful vineyard 5.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean in the Edna Valley AVA. The cool climate and diversity of the volcanic and marine deposit soils, clay and sand influence the wines in a very unique way. This adds minerality, assertive acidity and complexity due to the long growing season allowing the grapes to develop in a slow and steady pace. Our Verdejo is sourced from a One Acre block in the Estrella District AVA in Paso Robles. The vineyard uses organic and biodynamic techniques. The rarity of this variety in the Central Coast as well as the extremely low yield (2 tons) makes it a dream to work with.
